A standard 3-piece unstitched ensemble from Fiz Maison includes generous un-cut yardage: approximately 3.0 meters for the shirt (kameez), 2.5 meters for the bottom (trouser or shalwar), and a full 2.5-meter dupatta. Any embroidered patches, scalloped organza borders, necklines, and motifs described on the product page are included in the set.
We photograph all suits under natural editorial lighting to capture authentic tones and metallic zari shimmer. Slight variations can occur due to mobile screen color calibrations. If you need a quick daylight video or photo before ordering, message our WhatsApp concierge anytime!
Custom stitching is an optional made-to-order service. You can select any outfit from our collection on the Custom Stitching page, enter your measurements in inches (shoulder, chest, waist, length, etc.), choose your cut and neckline, and send your request via WhatsApp. Our coordinator verifies your styling details before tailoring begins.
Because every bespoke suit is handcrafted individually with careful motif placement, inner lining, and pressing, custom stitching typically takes 10 to 14 business days plus courier transit time. Unstitched orders (without stitching) dispatch within 24 to 48 hours.
Yes! After completing the custom stitching form, you can send your inspiration images directly to our WhatsApp chat. Our head master tailor will evaluate if the unstitched fabric's cut and embroidery borders accommodate your desired neckline or sleeve style.
We accept Direct Bank Transfer (via online banking, Raast, or ATM transfer) and Cash-on-Delivery (COD) for unstitched orders within Pakistan. For custom stitched orders, a partial advance deposit or full bank transfer is required prior to the tailor cutting the fabric.
Domestic delivery across major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, etc.) typically takes 3 to 5 business days from dispatch via reliable tracked couriers.
Yes, we dispatch worldwide (UK, USA, Canada, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Australia) via DHL and FedEx. International shipping fees and duty regulations are calculated and confirmed directly upon WhatsApp inquiry based on package weight.
Unstitched fabrics can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if the item is un-cut, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all included laces and borders intact. In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, we provide a replacement or credit.
Because made-to-order garments are cut and sewn to your individual personal body measurements, custom-stitched items cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a clear discrepancy from the measurements approved in your WhatsApp order transcript. We gladly assist with alterations if necessary.
